Yoga

Yoga practice can be a powerful component to building a whole life, and it’s never too late to begin. Whether you’re young or old, healthy or not, you can do yoga. I welcome you to drop in to my public class and invite you to join me for occasional workshops and retreats.
I also offer private sessions, an excellent introduction to yoga as well as a way to brush up on skills and techniques, with personal attention on your unique practice and needs. In fact, I often recommend that a brand new student start with three private sessions before jumping into public classes—particularly anyone with restrictions or physical concerns.
Yoga Classes

Private One-On-One Classes
- Private sessions are typically an hour and cost $125. I can come to your home or meet you at the yoga studio during non-class times.
