So often we live in our heads rather than grounded in our bodies. Eventually, this lack of connection can manifest in ways both emotional and physical. Most dis-ease starts on the emotional or spiritual plane before it shows up in the physical body.

Energy medicine can support you in bringing in a deeper sense of grounding, purpose and vitality. During a session, it’s common to become aware of physical, spiritual or emotional blocks… and release them. Sometimes, you’ll hear things you’ll realize you were already aware of, on a deeper level.

There’s no template for energy healing. Each session is unique to you. Most of my energy healing with clients is conducted remotely, over the phone. In an environment that’s comfortable and familiar to you, we’ll work together to bring healing to your emotional, spiritual and physical selves.
